Common Questions
Do I have to stop using my current scheduling system right away?
No. Run Tails and Co alongside whatever you use today for as long as you like, and move over at your own pace.
What does it actually cost me?
Joining is free. You pay a flat 10% commission on every booking - covers card processing, and it's the same rate whether it's a customer's first visit or their fiftieth, no separate one-time fee. Founding partners pay 0% commission on everything for their first 30 days.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. There's no signup contract and no cancellation fee - leave whenever you want.
Is my clients' data handled legally and securely?
Yes - in line with South Africa's POPIA requirements. We don't sell or share your client data with third parties.
